This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and services purchased from Returny.ai by Atrox Media. It explains when you may be eligible for a refund and how to request one.

2. Trials and first purchase

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Charges incurred after the trial are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or covered under the “Service issues” section below.

3. Renewals

Subscription renewals are billed in advance for the next term and are generally non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of the current term.

4. Service issues

If you experience a material, ongoing service issue caused by us that prevents normal use of the product, please contact support within 30 days of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, and at our discretion may issue a partial or full refund or account credit proportional to the impact.

5. One-time services

Fees for completed one-time services (e.g., custom setup or consulting) are non-refundable. If a deliverable cannot be completed due to our fault, we will either complete the work or provide a proportionate refund.

6. How to request a refund

Email our support team with your account email, invoice number, and a brief description of the reason for your request. We may ask for additional details to assess eligibility.

7. Processing time and method

Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Account credits, when issued, are applied to future invoices automatically.

8. Exceptions

  • Abuse of the service or violation of our Terms may void eligibility.
  • Third‑party fees (e.g., payment processor charges) may be non‑refundable.
  • Local consumer rights may grant you additional protections; we honor applicable law.
